Carbon neutral couriers City Same Day Ltd are a Carbon Neutral approved courier company.

In 2008 we offset 18 Tonnes of CO2, enabling our company to become carbon neutral approved.

We take carbon dioxide emissions released by our vehicles very seriously and we consider ourselves to be an environmentally aware company. In practical terms, every journey undertaken by the company, we commit to being carbon footprint free, and the carbon dioxide emissions made will be offset to zero.

We have teamed up with Climate Care to create an environmental policy that enables all of our carbon emissions to be offset allowing our courier company to be carbon neutral. All of the City Same Day courier vehicles' CO2 emissions are neutralised quickly, traceably and permanently to alleviate the impact on our environment.

City Same Day couriers decided to offset carbon emissions into 3 different programmes :

  • 70% is put into the clean energy Fund
  • 20% is put into the Kenyan reforestation
  • 10% is put into UK Trees.
